I was having several hot flashes a day and suffering from night sweats and insomnia. After starting the Yam cream(fresh scent)…ZERO! It’s the holy grail for menopausal symptom relieve! I rub it on my inner forearms 2 times a day and that’s it! I also have been having more deeper, restful sleep using the calm cream(chamomile scent). Both of the scents are incredible! I rub the calming cream on my hands morning and night. Love this stuff!
I LOVE Pump Up the Yam! Two days of use and my hot flashes were pretty much gone! I'm sleeping through the night, and feel like myself again! I use this on my aching muscles and the pain disappears. I recently pulled a muscle in my arm and the muscle gel worked great to keep the pain at bay. Highly recommend!

I’m not sure what I like better, the way this lip mask hydrates so well and feel wonderful, or the aromatherapy it provides as I get ready for bed. I’ve only tried the Black Cherry and I’m too hooked on it to try another scent. These two ideal qualities certainly feels like incredible self care! I was skeptical but wanted to try something to help my shoulder pain. This cream worked wonders! It relieved my pain quickly and even though I did have to reapply, it wasn’t as often as if I used something from a drugstore. I definitely recommend this!
