I really like this product. I’m on my 2nd jar. I can tell when I don’t use it. My only complaint is because I’m in retail (on my feet most of the day), the relief I get from the cream doesn’t last my entire shift. Once I put it on again when I get home, I can feel some relief again. Definitely recommend this product.

I have been fighting night sweats and insomnia for months. I feel like I tried everything to get some relief. I happened to come across an ad on Facebook about Pump Up the Yam and headed straight to their website, and to my delight, I found a bundle of goodies just for me as a Gen Xer. I have been using the products for 3 weeks and my sleep has improved and night sweats are reduced. I was so impressed that I ordered a jar of the pain relief cream since I already need more, and having just gotten a new tattoo I ordered the Rock My Ink balm. I just got that order yesterday and it is just as satisfying a purchase as my first one. Now that my daughter is getting a tattoo later this week, I will probably buy her the balm as well. At this rate, I am guessing by the end of the year I will have purchased every one of their products at least once.
I love the smell and the non greasy feel. It’s great to massage into affected muscles; doesn’t pull or burn skin when massaging into skin. I am happy with this product.
The worst part about this is remembering where I put the jar to put some on. I really like that it is cooling, no strong smells. It has a slow and ease relief
I love all of the products in the bundle. I love the magnesium/lavender pain cream. I rub it on my bad leg at night. And it seems to take the edge off. Plus, I love the lavender smell. I haven't used the yam cream, but just a couple of times. So, I need to see how well it helps before I can comment. The cooling spray has a nice relaxing smell. And it helps when you're getting a little on the warm side. These all seem like quality products. So, I'll be ordering more. Thank you. Love you Slim Sherry! I'm gen-x and I watch your videos.

This stuff is magical! I’m suffering from a case of frozen shoulder right now. Rub a little on my neck and shoulder and it really relieves the pain. Also put a little on the bottom of my feet at bedtime and I’m sleeping so much better. I can’t wait to try more of your products!
I just love this stuff. It really helps with the pain. But it really cools the skin. I put it on all my joints-- elbows, wrist, shoulder, knee and ankle-- then I couldn't sleep with everything feeling so cold. Now i just use it in the morning and that's much better!
