I think it helps a little with pain but mostly it calms me down and helps me sleep since I put it on right before bed
This really helps me when my hips/lower back acts up. I put it on before bed, and feel better in the morning. It does have a strong scent, but since it works, I overlook that.
I am 63 and use it almost daily. Generally evenings to help calm restless legs and tired achy feet. It gives me much needed relief and would recommend to anyone to just give it a try.
