I have arthritis in my hands. I put it on my hands at night. In the morning my hands don’t feel tight or swollen and the pain is gone. Good stuff!

Works pretty good. Helps to lessen the intensity of my peri-pause symptoms. It took me a minute to used to the strong “Fresh Scent”, but it no longer bothers me.
I have had multiple surgeries on my foot. It has been helping with discomfort where the screws are located. Not to mention the benefits of the magnesium has been helping with sleep.
