I love that the products are labeled in the steps they are to be put on, i haven't seen a difference yet...just that my face is well hydrated and moisturized. Only thing I would say bad is the smell of the moisturizer itself, it smells bad.

My chronically-ill adult daughter and I both use and love, love, love this Super Sleepy Time Calm Cream! My daughter gets tight, tight muscles in her legs, and the cream helps me do deep tissue massage until her muscles loosen and don't hurt as much. I was getting cramps in my calf muscles before using this. It's our last ceremony of the day, to rub it into our legs at bedtime, and we both feel it helps us to relax and go to sleep. I think it's time to order more!
Great cream although a little to light for me. It works great on my neuropathy and pain. Would like it creamy like the calm cream, pain relief. Will use both. One for feet and one for hands.
